need help getting Cellphone bemani

ok i am considering getting a cell phone... and i want it to do games!!! i want it to use the Virison network... because thats what my girlfriend uses... and i want to be able to send her pics... but i want a phone that i can do WAP on and maby upload images and midi ring tones and apps and games to via some sort of cable like my flash card... i would like acess to Trillian(a msn, aim, icq, yim chat program thats supose to work on cell phones) or somthing like that on it... i realy want the phone to look Awsome. and i am big on japanese imported stuff(my gba sp is the boktai special edition from japan.)

Im pretty sure you have to be on the Japanese network and/or have a Japanese phone to get the Bemani games to work. Since Japanese phones are far superior to our phones (for the most part), they dont work over here. I think I remember the games having some kind of fee, probably monthly which would hinder you even more.
