Most of the screens are of the same few songs from Max2 (mostly Breakdown and Rain of Sorrow).

2nd picture down on the right side: Breakdown
2nd picture down on the left side: Breakdown
4th picture down on the right side: Spin The Disc (eh?)
4th picture down on the left side: Breakdown
5th picture down on the right side: Rain of Sorrow
5th picture down on the left side: Rain of Sorrow
6th picture down on the right side: Rain of Sorrow
6th picture down on the left side: Rain of Sorrow
Bottom picture: Rain of Sorrow

I have no idea what the first pair are. Exclusives perhaps.

Does no one read videogames.com?? Anyway I remembered seeing som screen shots from there http://www.gamespot.com/ps2/puzzle/ddrmax2us/screenindex.html?page=2 And it looked like live action video was put in some songs. And I feel.... and breakdown are shown in screen shots.

On the E3 demo, the following songs had FMV:

"A Little Bit of Ecstasy"
"Take Me Away"
"Days Go By"

All are licensed songs.

Is it coming out for the XBOX? Surely Konami wouldn't release Ultramix if they didnt release MAX2?

Actually the steps are from "Break Down".

(strange that they would use that video tho)

if you are making that assumption based upon the video footage then you could be hairy baboon ass faced wrong...i mean there will be repeats and that is very likely but to say it because of the video footage is not a solid ground to walk on.

No, actually both the bg video and the steps in screenshot #2 are exactly the same as Jam & Marmalade's

Meh...I know we'll get all/nearly all of Konami's songs.

I just want to see a picture of So Deep!

Otherwise I'll have to mod my PS2 and go Japanese...

i have Max for Japan, which includes Flash in the Night, and i've memorized the Heavy steps, and the steps in the screen shot are NOT from Flash. I went and played Jam and Marmalade Heavy on Max USA and yes, the steps match with the screenshot. sorry. no flash in the night for you.

and i really doubt So Deep is in there- if it is, i'll play one DDR song naked at the local arcade and take a picture-

but on the bright side, you get Tsugaru and Maxx and...other...songs i already...have on Max2 Japan...nevermind..

If you read the 3rd picture down on the left, it shows the information screen for D2R, it says that D2R is the latest energetic masterpiece from the same artist behind hit Dance Dance Revolution songs like DYNAMITE RAVE, Brilliant 2U and B4U. Well, wouldn't that mean that Dynamite Rave, Brilliant 2U, and B4U would be in DDRMAX2. Ex. On the information screen of Matsuri Japan on DDRMAX, it says to check out the other RevenG song, Exotic Ethnic.

Not necessarily. Dynamite Rave, Brilliant 2U, and B4U are all featured in Konamix. You might have noticed that the DDRMAX USA information mode makes no references to songs not featured in the original DDR (US PSX version) or in DDR Konamix. Also, although I may be wrong, I believe MAX USA plainly mentions Dynamite Rave, Drop the Bomb, etc. at some point in the info mode, even though those songs are not found in the game - just the remixes.

The Matsuri Japan info only tells you to check out Exotic Ethnic because it's the other Re-Venge/RevenG song in the game.

They only used a few different MAX2 songs for the trailer as well so that doesn't suprise me. But since you're really good at this sort thing:

One of the songs uses the Kind Lady video but challenge steps are shown. And on top of that the score goes from 6.17 million to over 7 million but the steps shown look kind of simple. Starting with a 243 combo and 6.17 million points the steps go -
Code:
7!707064!410828064286!6030462082828090106
And even though thats four consecutive measures of the same song I just cant figure it out! I'm starting to think that Kind Lady has an alternate version or new challenge steps.

Those steps appear to be from "Kind Lady (interlude)" from DDRMAX2 JP. It and the other two remixes from MAX2 JP only have challenge steps.
