I got this pad from Best Buy today, but there seems to be a major flaw: it doesn't react anywhere close to on time. It seems as though it signals a hit arrow after you press the button instead of right as you press it. I hit the arrows perfectly, but they'll register as Greats. Has anyone else had any similar issues with this pad?

if you are playing on stepmania/itgpc, then it's probably your adapter.

I'm playing on PS2, and I've tried adjusting the offset so it fits, but that's not working.

I used one of these at a health convention (I was there because I knew they had it because my friend's mom's boyfriend had a stand thingy there and he said they had DDR so I went) and they're complete crap. It's very normal for wireless pads to lag, there is no wireless pad I've heard of that didn't lag, but the lag in this one is REALLY bad. Return it and get something else, something that isn't wireless, because there is nothing you can do about the lag.

Also, don't get an Ignition 3. I'd reccomend a BNS DX Extreme.

My friend got one on my reccomendation and he likes it a lot. I'd highly reccomend it.

I believe there is in ITG, but to my knowledge there is nothing you can do about it in the PS2 ones.
