For people who have been wondering about what happened to the DDR Freak Online Store, the warehouse we have been using suddenly went out of business on Monday without any prior notice. Because of this, we are working very hard to get the merchandise shipped to another facility so we can start taking orders. I am sorry for the delay, and I will let you know as soon as we are open again.

i guess that might be a reason why they messed up my second order. damn, and it takes a long time for orders to get to korea.

Hey, if you're having any more issues, let me know. I will personally order items from other stores if your order has not been resolved yet.

Yea, I ordered In the Groove for the PS2 that same Monday... Maybe that's why I haven't seen it yet?

I sent an email to everyone who had orders pending or processing last week. If you ordered ITG, you should have gotten an email explaining the situation.

mangojoyride, can you send an email to store@ddrfreak.com detailing what you currently have, and what you're missing? Most likely I'll have to just give you a refund on what you didn't get, and keep what you have already received.
DDR_KiD, please email store@ddrfreak.com with the details of your order (order number, etc.).

HAHA actually, I have a problem with doing that. I ordered it on a different screenname, and the next day I completely forgot what that name and password was.....
EDIT: And I just found out I didn't recieve it again today. I had to cancel a tourney at my house........

Well, I would think that you would have it in your sales report that I payed, with a credit card, for ITG the same day that the warehouse closed. I ordered it somewhere between 10-12 a.m Mountain Time.

A name and address would be nice. Like I said, email whatever info you have to store@ddrfreak.com and I will look into it. I'm not gonna do anything more regarding your order on the forums.

I know how you feel, i ordered another game from another site, after 2 weeks, they finally tell me they don't have it.
ddrfreak store closed, huh? that's the shaft.

I know, and I was pointing out the fact that the information we've given is all we're prepared to give. We want to get it back open as soon as possible, and whenever we have more info that we're ready to give, rest assured we'll give it.
Believe me - we liked it when people were shopping in the store. It is in our best interests to make sure people know when they can use it again.

You mods told us to have patience with the "under construction" DDR freak store and i took that very literally. I have been sitting here and being patient....
...however, as you've noticed from the date this first happened to currently i feel this has been a bit ridiculous and/or someone isn't taking the time to fix this.
Is there any possibilty that this might be taken care of or looked into within the next few days?
