He isn't providing the songs. The only part of this that's shady at all is providing banners (and bgvideos if those are added later), but that's happened plenty before and no one cared much. Infact, the whole SMMAX theme (or most of it) was ripped. I don't see any problem with this.

Any arcade accurate SM or DWI file is illegal then right? And the skins in the simulation forum with graphics ripped from home versions are illegal too?

Although I don't think this breaks any rules, if someone really wants arcade accurate graphics and simfiles, they should buy the game and rip it themselves.

I really don't think Roxor cares too much as long as you play the actual game. Plus, playing on a Simulator is nowhere near playing on the machine.
