...can be found at its temporary location until it is imported into the DDR Freak songlist database. A review of each game will be posted once E3 is over.

I see Sakura as an introductory 10, it's only a 10 so players who can't pass the other 10s can feel good because they passed one.

It's about time the USA got un deux trois. Heck, it should have been in MAX2 USA IMHO. HAS ANYONE VERIFIED THE EXISTANCE OF DANCE PLAY SETTINGS YET?

UM3's list looks way more "Extreme" than Extreme 2's, although I can't say I'm surprised. If anyone's played the E3 version of UM3, though, I'm very curious if the feel of the game, jump timings, etc. have been modified to feel more like the arcade/PS2 versions, and if the frame rate is a solid 60 this time. I seriously feel these were UM2's only flaws, but they were kinda big ones.

I hope bm USA adds Light5 and Another(5) difficulties in addition to Light7, 7Key and Another... seeing as how the notecharts are already designed and ready, it'd be silly not to. It would also disrupt the learning curve of the game not to have them.

I also hope that's not the full songlist for DDR with Mario. Since the GameCube is nearing the end of its supported lifespan, I'm not so sure we can expect sequels--so the list had better make the (required?) controller purchase worth the money.

::braces self for two explosions:: (the first: "OMGOMGOMGOMG!!! FINALLY, BUTTERFLY!!!" the second: "XBOX?!?! NOOOOOOOOO!!!!")

IIRC the options menu was disabled last year.
I don't remember that for 100% though.
Who checks options for a demo? E10.gif

At any rate.

Maple: SOMS did un deux trois?

Why? They've not existed in Japan in seven CS mixes and soon to be twelve arcade mixes without disrupting the learning curve. Most people just ignore 5Keys, period. It's more a tradition than anything. It doesn't even have it's own score tracking. I never touched the mode/mod when I was learning IIDX on 7th style, and the transition from Beginner's to Light7 to 7Keys were all rather smooth.

That EX2 list seems to be missing a couple of songs, namely Be Lovin and You gotta move it.

I will ask today as soon as I get an opportunity. As I posted in the Ex2 thread yesterday, the options menu was disabled - Free Play was the only available option.

You have evidence that's how the game will be setup when finished? We only get 50 songs. I seriously DOUBT that it will be a 25/25 split between 5Keys and 7Keys.

Oh poopy (and yes, I said poopy, not sh!t). Butterfly's gonna be on UM3.

In that case, UM3 better be 60FPS, because I want that song, but I'm not buying UM3 if it's gonna play choppy. Not again.

Ash from GAF says the classic song wheel is back, with a 5th Mix feel to it.
