Well, I listened to the soundbite, and I'd be damned if it isn't the same as "The Fly/Fire..." in LoM. But, I could have sworn that Naoki is the one singing during LoM...

Wow, that's EXACTLY it! This topic is so old, but I still remember ripping my hair out over this, the two songs seemed so out of place and so un-alike. Many thanks for the link as well (New computer, no more RO songs to listen to...)
Anyone else still think he's saying "The fire?"

I think "The Fire" sounds right, as you're going to go through utter hell beating the song.
The "Flight" might be good too, as it's a fast song. |

One time there was an insect in between the glass and the monitor of the Extreme machine (I don't know how it managed to get in there) and somebody played LoM and right as it said "THE FLY!!!" the thing started flying over the arrows. It was a strange coincidence.

Actually, believe it or not, this is exactly right. I dled LoM from ddruk.com and listened VERY closely to the mp3. I heard everything that Caffy said was in there. The only thing is, the times when they occur is off. Here's about where I heard them. I'll also kinda describe them too, as some have major effects on them.
[0:00.7] "Can you see?" - Right at the beginning, it's stretched out and the "see" sounds like steam escaping.
[0:04.8] "Enter your feeling" - Barely audible at all, and heavily effect laden, it's preceded/at the same time as a kind of ting sound.
[0:11.7] "The Fly" - You should be able to hear this one pretty easily.
[0:17.6] "Can you see your goal?" - This is right after the second "Da-Dah Dah Da-Dah" and its preceded by a ting sound just as "Enter your feeling" is, and has a similar effect on it. It's also rather stretched out, lasting till about 20.5.
[0:23.3] "Energy" - Easily audible, very deep throated voice, sounds demonic.
[0:34.8] "Reality" - Right at the transfer to this melody part. Similar effect as "Enter your feeling" and "Can you see your goal?".
[0:40.4] "Reality" - Same thing.
[0:46:3] -UNOFFICIAL- "Caress" "Terrorist" - This one I heard on my own, and each time I listen to it, it sounds a little different. Onyl one I'm not sure on. It's sounded like "Do this", "Tear this", "Air wish"...you get the picture.
[0:58.1] "Fear" - Easily audible, at the freeze, same voice as "Energy".
[1:06.2] "Revolt" - Right before the speed up, small robotic voice.
[1:12.3] "Do the right thing" - Goes along with the melody.
[1:14.5] "Trust yourself and you'll know the way" - Goes along with the melody.
[1:17:8] "Listen to yourself" - Goes along with the melody.
[1:21:0] "You can do this - you can!" - Goes along with the melody.
