playing with a ps2 controller is much more fun than a soft pad that craps out on you...at least with the home metal pads you get that same 'arcade' style feeling...but the point i'm trying to make is that using the controller makes your reaction time to arrows alot quicker (especially if you have maxusa and keep the speed mods up around 2 or 3)...and if you consistently switch off betwen a controller and an arcade pad you won't notice a difference...well maybe except for stamina issues

| when i first started playin ddr at home, i used to be the king of the controller. but since ive gotten better, my PA is way better on my feet except for 10s. i normally get about 20 less greats on my feet than on the controller. weird |
