heh, yeah i thought that the 'inconspicuous' language was pretty funny.
but whatever, if i'm going to end up with a topway pad of questionable quality i want it to be at a somewhat negligable price. |

Actually a majority of electronics on ebay are new. Used items state so in the description so these pads are not used. The price of these pads is being driven down by an influx of available, cheap metal pads so they are probably being sold at a loss by the seller to get cash for ordering newer inventory. |

I'm actually going to get a pair of them too. One of my pads is starting to fade, I stupidly let a friend borrow it and it came back to me much more beat than I expected.
