heh, yeah i thought that the 'inconspicuous' language was pretty funny.
but whatever, if i'm going to end up with a topway pad of questionable quality i want it to be at a somewhat negligable price. |

Actually a majority of electronics on ebay are new. Used items state so in the description so these pads are not used. The price of these pads is being driven down by an influx of available, cheap metal pads so they are probably being sold at a loss by the seller to get cash for ordering newer inventory. |
