...hm...
1st 10 footer was 300...
..i've passed all 10 footers cept PSMO, PSMO on dbls, and LoM on doubles
..AAA?? Heh..i dont even have a regular AAA yet...but i've AA'd 300 once..
..i've been playign a little over 2 years..but only really focused on PA and such the past year give or take a month. I passed 300 probably about 6 months or so after I started playing..
as for AAA on 10 footers... ya got me...

you dont want to pass all ten footers? thats kinda weird. And no I don't consider anyone who plays with a controller good at DDR, I have never played with a controller and i never will. |

1) Max 300 was my first 10 footer; passed with a B number score and C dance point score. I've been playing for almost 6 months and I can't do better than a C on 10 footers!
2) Unless they bring the arcade-exclusive 10's home, I won't pass them. If I had Bag or Sakura home, I may pass...
3) Probably won't happen. I can't AAA anything past Light.

Can't, because I don't really care about the 10's.
Don't care about AAAing the 10's.
If you determine the 10's as a being good, then I feel sorry for you. DDR is about PA, not about OMG IZ PASSD TLoM WIT A D!
I know someone who can pass 10's consistantly, but has only about 8 AA's total, and no AAA's. I have 53 AA's and 2 AAA's, but I can't pass MaxX, TLoM, or PSM. Who is better?

Who's better? Well, that's subjective. It depends upon if you place a higer value on the level of song that you have beaten than the score received. Take, for instance, my example. I'm happier with my score of 84.15% on VerTex Hard than my 90.xx% on Disconnected Mobius Expert. Happier still am I with 71.xx% on Charlene Expert. The way I progressed, I focused on beating higher songs (DDR-wise, so 9s) with Bs and As before I "went back" to 5-7s to focus on AAs and other PA-like things. But, to each their own.

Subjective entirely. In most peoples eyes, the guy that can beat the 10 footers is better because those songs are simply HARDER. Now to those who value PA you are better. I had a bunch of AA's before I could pass the hard 10 footers, anyone who could pass TLoM I figured was better than me, even though I did have better PA. Their feet are quicker, stamina is usually better, and they usually read better if they can beat harder songs. Nuff said in my eyes.

Sorry if I offended anyone. When I wrote good, I meant to write good in apostophes, because in most posts you read about people bragging that they black flagged max whatever(overexagerating(spelling?(wow, brackets in brackets  ))). Because my apostrophes don(!!!)t work    I should have written amazingly good. I know I also went WAY overboard on #3, since I can(!!!)t even AAA standard and the best I have got on heavy is a AA on a 6-footer. Also #2 was gonna be, can pass any 10-footer you have tried.
