Unlocking Everything (DDR X)

Is it possible to Unlock all the Songs and Character outfits by just playing Street Master Mode on Advanced, and Game Mode? Or do I have to go back and do all the stories on Normal? I don't have a Turbo controller.

You can unlock stuff through game mode.

You have to complete a character's story on Normal to unlock their special alt. SN2 costumes (the ones that were AC-only). I find it strange that Advance unlocks their SN costumes...

I bought DDR X three days ago, and I already have every song and every character outfit unlocked. However, I am stumped as to how to unlock a few things:

Firstly, I don't think I have all the courses unlocked yet. Could someone who has them all unlocked list all the hidden courses and tell how to unlock each one?

Secondly, my main Information screen looks like this:

GREETING & INTRODUCTION
COLLECTION BOX
YOUR LEGEND
TIPS
(SECRET FOLDER)
MUSIC
SOUND ARTISTS PROFILE
STREET MASTER MODE

Does anyone know what the folder between TIPS and MUSIC is, and does anyone know how to unlock it?

It takes fking forever to unlock songs through game mode though. I've been playing Street Master, and it's more annoying than accomplishing...not that being able to play Saber Wing Headshit is worth something
