I'd like to add:
--the return of long songs in DDR. Or at least, e-Amuse them.
I've been dying and waiting to play the full version of PEACE(^^)v on the arcade. _________________

I'd do this:
1. Six panel would come back. In double machines. For six panel double mode.
2. Hueg machines with four pads for quad mode (or just 4 players)
3. I'd bring back all the good songs from EXTREME
4. I'd uncut-down all the cut down songs from IIDX and other Bemani. I didn't think the DDR versions of these songs were bad until I heard the originals.
5. No more master modes in home versions. No more crappy songs from somehow popular artists. I'd make them like MAX 2 and below (including Konamix, songlistwise, that mix is so good I still play it).
6. Percentage scoring
7. USB compatibility in the machines and PS2 versions like with ITG (minus ITG PS2)
8. Characters would live, but they'd all be there instead of a few. But there'd still be background videos. And Jenny would have more clothes so I wouldn't have to stop playing due to my hueg dong. And you'd be able to select them or turn them off in a menu like in 5th mix and such, so you don't have to go into the song options.
9. Getting into the song options would be like doing it in Extreme, not SN, so you could get to it easier.
10. The machine would ask you if you're sure you want to do a song before you do it. That way next time I pick some 4 footer instead of some 9 footer, I can go back.
11. All music mode. All the time. There shall be nothing like that screen in SN that you at first think is difficulty select but later turns out to cut the songlist down. This screen would be replaced by a real difficulty select screen.
12. Optional announcer.
13. Andamiro sensors in the pads. I don't care what Konami thinks of Andamiro, these sensors the bees knees.
14. The machine would make loud screaming noises when the pads didn't work with the notice "FIX THE FUCKING PADS" flashing on and off on the screen.
15. Cup holders on the machines.
That's all I can think of now. Maybe I'll add more later. _________________

Tim! wrote: | --the return of long songs in DDR. Or at least, e-Amuse them. | God, yes. All the BeForU long songs on e-Amuse. Count it as 2 stages, though.
NO EDITTING THE BEMANI SONGS. & keeping their vids if they have them. & more of them. Plus keeping their banners (excluding Beatmania, cuz it doesn't have banners)
Better licenses.
Getting some of those Ultramixes songpacks on PS2. I want my Disabled The Flaw, Mad Blast, & Infinite.
Optional announcer (someone already said this) or atleast changable announcers. I can deal w/ him on the menus, but not while I'm listening to the music. Yeah, I can see I have a 100 combo.
Putting back the BGs before every song. I was kinda disapointed that SN stopped doing them. I guess Konami just couldn't come up w/ ideas for all of them.
Beatmania & Pop'n Music (GF/DM wouldn't work as well) arrows. I mean, not arrows, but the bars/Pop-kuns just come up in no facing direction whatsoever.
Strip DDR. Every time you do good on a song, a hot chick takes some of her clothes off. Get the Extra Stage, it's all off. Encore Extra.......Heh heh heh.... |

-Announcer options (SOLO, PRE-MAX, MAX + beyond, UltraMix Announcers, etc)
- As mentioned before, BG videos, dancers, stage/dancer, and no bg vids or anything options with BG videos default
- Return of SOLO as mentioned before, AND on a 2P machine w/ appropriate options.
- NO FC = AA (EX US, later arcade mixes, etc), or non-full combo = B (pre-MAX)
- Songs from European mixes that didn't make it into U.S mixes
- All courses from arcade mixes, maybe even having songs only available in certain courses, OR unlockable WAY later on/after completing the course. _________________

That is genius.
I would enjoy the game more if the note noteskins weren't transparent. Also, they at least need to change the characters to dance at half speed if the BPM is over 250 or something. It's not fun to watch what looks like retards when playing Faxx. _________________

I would make the handclaps available in the options menu so that I don't have to stomp to hear the steps. _________________

Don't we already have that in SN1?!?!
I think the fans should have more say in what goes.
I totally agree with long versions. There should at least be a mode where you can play all home versions (and each count as 1 stage). |

Neither of those options are the case.
Continually press the Right key on the machine even after Hard. Eventually, Challenge/Nonstop/All Music will show up. _________________

And to add to that, add the arcade operator option of setting them as 1 song, a la GFdm. Heck, I even get to play Akai Suzu as just 1 song in drummania.
Late addition: Don't forget Riyu Kosaka's long singles! Love<3Shine, Honey O--> Punch, true...
SN2's just fail -- big time.

I don't mind this at all, but I can live with the announcer.

Please Konami, make a CGI bg vid for B4U in its entirety.

Bad idea. But remember this: E-Rotic in a US CS DDR = M-Rating. _________________

So what happens why you phail a song on Strip DDR?
Keynote:
Something like r21 for DDR SN2
And more JPOP and maybe some KPOP (Ive never heard it before).
And boss songs unlockable. I am unable to AA, and sometimes I wanna do Max 300 SMMM or something on the DDR machine. Also to make it so that ALL machines are equipped with E Amusement and the memory car or USB post slots.
OH, and hands. |

BeForU and TÐЯRA are ALL the j-pop DDR need.

Pre-SN already did it, and it would be a welcome return. _________________

MAX 300 (Super-Max-Me Mix) is unlocked by default. Have you ever actually played on a SuperNOVA machine?
I am so glad the majority of these people aren't in charge of anything over at Konami. _________________
