omg, guys, I've officially given up on ever making a new thread.
Did anyone read this?!

I'm sick of being flamed for everything I say on these freakin forums. I just thought I'd let you all read it. I didn't want this, "OMFG YOU SUCK YOU"RE WRONG I"M GONNA TRY AS HARD AS I CAN TO PROVE YOU WRONG CAUSE I"M RIGHT AND YOU CAN"T HAVE YOUR OWN OPINION!!!"
Relax you guys. just read it and say you don't agree... Since everyone hates this thread, you can lock it now if you want. _________________

Don't take it personally, man. People on these forums have notoriously hot heads and a lot of them (myself included) love to debate things. I know it can sometimes be tough to be thick-skinned, but don't let it bug you. I'm sure no one means anything by it. _________________

No one was flaming you, they were correcting you. They weren't trying particularily hard to do so either, much of what you said was way off base.
One of the people who corrected you was Ryan Iyengar. The same Ryan who won third place in the world championships. I would say that you have recieved fair (but critical) input on your advice and you should probably seriously consider rethinking it. _________________

yeah i know... guess I just had to vent.
And, YES, I do play competitively and YES I do know who Ryan is, and NO I'm not a newb at the game. I guess I have some different opinions, that's all. I know it just takes practice. _________________

Why don't you try playing with the technique Ryan advocates and uses and see how you like it?
Just taking a cursory look at the top ten on Groovestats, all of the top eight players would agree with Ryan and disagree with you. _________________
