Can someone please help me? :D

Recently i had some weird urge to play DDR again so i ordered a BNS metal fusion pad Series 2. Only problem was that the pad did not work, and i asked for a replacement. Only problem is that the replacement's up arrow does not work. So now i have two broken metal pads since they never asked for the first. Could anyone help me out with some possible solutions for the pads. Thanks in advanced

What do you mean by didn't work? Is the problem within the box or the pad? Are you using it on the computer or console? Please add more detailed information so we can help.

Aahh sorry, yea im using stepmania . THe problem with the first pad is the pad itselt the wiring im sure, no arrows work and i tried multiple control boxes, the second pad the up arrow does not work so im not sure it its the box or the pad, so im wondering if someone knows how to open those pads up and somehow fix these problems. Im willing to rewire everything, and can someone show me some diagrams on wiring up pads to ps2 controls?

there is a way in that link to open it but it will cost you your warrenty though. If you really know what your are doing then go for it, if you don't well it would be like mine and it work but it just looks crappy now... honestly I kinda regret of getting the pad at times.
