I don't see why girls can't be good at games. Just today, I saw a girl who was doing Standard on DDR (& being good at it). People don't think girls are good cuz guys play them more often than them. But I bet we'll see more thanks to games like Wii Sports & DDR, where it doesn't depend on violence.

I kind of like that females aren't taken too seriously. It gives us a bigger handicap, and makes it easy to be seen as good.
(Good for a girl).
I am not an amazing player but I do really well in comparison to other girls I have seen at arcades. I can't compete with some boys, at all. But people get all excited when I just play on Standard (or Difficult as Supernova calls it) ... "whoa... she's good!"
And I'm not really. But since most other girls suck, it makes me look good! haha
And the "bouncing boobs giving boners" factor just makes it even more fun to play. Who needs to be taken seriously? Have fun!!  |

I'm still trying to get over the fact that the first girl in the pic bears a striking resemblance to a friend of mine.  But anyway...
When did having a dick become a prerequisit to being good at videogames, anyway?
I agree with Rabbid Hamster, it just makes it all the more satisfying when a guy gets pwnd by a girl he did not take seriously.

Don'cha know? Every real gamer keeps their hand on the joystick. (Just ask Reenee or Uiru.) ;p
But seriously, I know at least -5- girls in this town that play HEAVY and score relatively WELL (high-A's, usually - and not in their cups, either). And really, who takes GUY-gamers seriously, either? Not even themselves, half the time.
I'm sure even BeForU has dick, somewhere. |
