accessing nonstop and oni from the main menu in SM?

is this possible? i've seen themes that have battle and endless on the main menu, and i would like to put a shortcut to oni and nonstop there so i dont have to go through the menus to get to them, i cant just scroll down to it. i do know where it goes in the theme metrics, i just dont know how to code it.

Stepmania 3.9 has that with its default skin, so I would assume so. Just work off that.

no, the default theme has:

Choice1=screen,ScreenCaution
Name1=GAME START
Choice2=screen,ScreenSelectGame
Name2=SELECT GAME
Choice3=screen,ScreenOptionsMenu
Name3=OPTIONS
Choice4=screen,ScreenEditMenu
Name4=EDIT/SYNC SONGS
Choice5=screen,ScreenEditCoursesMenu

Name6=JUKEBOX
Choice7=screen,ScreenExit
Name7=EXIT

on the main menu

i'm talking about something that i just select it and it goes straight to single mode nonstop or oni. i have worked with it enough to figure out PlayMode,nonstop;screen,ScreenSelectCourseNonstop(or Oni) but when i select that SM crashes and says that the theme needs to set a style before it can load that screen. i'm assuming "style" is single, double, couple, or solo, but i dont know how to plug that in to the selection.

Nonstop and Oni are difficulties you select on the difficulty screen. When you're on Heavy, go to the right and you'll see them.

i know. i've been playing ddr a while now, i'm familiar with where non stop and oni are normally located and how to select them.

i want to put them on the main menu, not the difficulty select. anyway, i figured it out, i just had to mess with some things in the metrics.
