what would be the easest way to detemine the arcades's timing and what could you do your pesonal best?brcause some times i go no nickelcade and its super super sensitive and at home its only ok and somw other places its horrible.
so what could i do so i can get use to timing and have fun while playing?

For starters, dont type run-on sentences.

Do you know the revision number of the arcade machine you play on?
Next time you go, put in a coin or something so you are the first screen with the In The Groove 2 whole thing on there. Look at the bottom, and you should see either r1, r2, r5, r8, or if its a dedicab maybe even r11, r14, or r16. (Just to make it so those people who actually read my posts get mad, yes, r16 could be on an upgrade also.)

Ok so anyway.
If you are playing on ITG1, it wont matter anyway, everything is offsync.
If you are playing on ITG2 and it has a revision number at the bottom, and it isnt r16, upgrade it, so everything is close to being perfectly on sync.
If it isnt, you might have to actually play the machine and all the songs on it to find out what is late and what is early.

Oh boy, the curse of the arrowsmash player. I hate doing this, but everyone good enough to 90 a 9 starts to do this and basically won't stop until sync is restored to the world....though R16 was a good step in that direction =)
