I started playing when I was 20, now I'm around your age now SEXY BEAST, so yea I know what you mean. I took about a year hiatus from playing and stepped back onto the pad about a month ago only to be winded. If you play casually, a few games/sessions every other week or two weeks, you'd stay in some shape. But as you get older, body changes, bones are more likely to break......damn getting older sucks after 21! disgust.gif

I'm only 14, been playing for about 2 years. I want to continue to play DDR for a while. Maybe when I'm done with college and I start getting serious about life. That will be one sad day though.

In all honesty, the VAST majority of players get bored or get caught up in other things before they AAA the game. Once you start getting like 50 flags, you get frustrated, and it is very tempting to quit.

That's why I started playing ITG. I'm not good enough to gold flag so I'm not good enough to be frustrated with flags yet.

so if you get frustrated, then you just quit?frustrations to me is a motivation to get better at my own game.it shows me what i done wrong and what i need to focus on more.but in other cases before retiring DDR i must know i still have respects from my friends and my spectators.other than that if i do get bored of it,i can always come back some other time.in the meantime i would never literally say i will retire from DDR yet i am still active on the dance pads.
