This place has them. The only thing is that it took me too long to upload the ITG 2 simfiles (probably just about as many songs as the Community Keyboard Megapack) from there. I don't really know any other good places where you can find them.

There was a bittorrent on thepiratebay.org that had the keyboard megapack. It also had like 20 seeders, so that'd probably be the easiest and fastest way to get them all.
