do you ever play ddr when your stressed?

ddr does help calm me down when im stessed, but usually i find my self stomping on the pad from time to time (not enough to damage them, but still pretty annoying)

I always play when I'm stressed. Being at the arcade and in the middle of a song sweating like crazy just seems to make all my worries go away. It relaxes me, and makes everything a little clearer in my mind. I played today actually, and my mood is better dramatically.
