So what's the word on this group?

Has anyone ever actually received anything from them?

Has anyone received anything on time?

Has anyone ever tried taking legal action, or reporting them to any better business organization?

It seems that you can go for a year, without getting any word (as in no product, and no e-mail responses).

It also seems that people outside of America get better service (this includes Europeans), or have less problems, for some reason.

For me, it's been about a month, but I know for others, it has been longer.

I couldn't find a thread on this, so if there is one, please refer me.

Edit: Okay...this is uncanny. Seriously, 5 seconds after posting this, I get a response. Basically, I have been sending this this email:

ANYWAY...I sent that email every hour, for about 12 hours straight, and of course, began spreading the word on the company. Funny how they couldn't contact me for 23 days, but after I threaten them, they give me a response. My response? I get a full refund.
So I guess the lesson is, if you want a response. Threaten them, and e-mail them every hour.

Edit2: In case you couldn't figure it out...Don't buy from this company. EVER!

good for you for getting your money back but this doesnt have anything to do with controlles/dancemats i checked out the site and it looks like a ps2 mod site

They sell BEmani controllers. You just have to bother looking through the merchandise.

i wouldnt think that a ps2 modding site would sell dance mats i get laghed at for playing ddr whenever i go to xbox modding sights thought they were opposite parts of the gamming galaxy

Yeah...thing is, they attract busines, because their prices are cheaper than many other sites. I knew a few people on this site who have bought things, and haven't gotten word in several months.

I guess they should just all threaten and pester the company, like I did.

I nice note on the site that says "don't buy from these companies" would help many people by saving them from unneccesary mental anguish.

It was my fault. I made a stupid purchase. Should have checked into it first. I'd shut up about it, but I know other people have bought from them, and haven't had anything happen in 4+ months.

Only problem is, when I searched, I couldn't find their address on their site.
The only page that had it is "mysteriously 404!" in action.

When you report to the BBB, you need a mailing address.

I got a fliptop from them. It got held up in customs and took a few months to get here.

I suggest you dont use them though because I know others have gotten their stuff with ridiculous shipping times.

Legit but not worth it. Go buy something from consolesource.com

Hmm, I think this is the website I purchased my first PS2 fliptop from. It took 5 months to come in, even though I got a shipping notice the day after I ordered. By that time I had long since gotten another mod.

Amusingly enough, the package itself said it was shipped only three days before I received it, so their shipping notice was completely bogus.
