I just finished my first 55 hours of band camp 2 days ago. ONLY 9 HOURS LEFT. Hoo-Rah.

But anyways, I mentioned DDR on thursday, and everyone was like "DDR, I love DDR" Except for some of the "Too-cool for school" drummers (by the way there's a big line between drummer and percussionist). But yeah, i think because most poeple in band are more willing to do things usually considered "gay," "lame," "retarded," etc. (at least that's the common concensus at my school), because band is one of the things that is now often looked down upon. Since most of us are more outgoing anyways, we try more things. And they have similar aspects. Knowing music helps a lot, and since my foot-eye-ear coordination is so good because of ddr, I had a pretty easy time following the orders given in our drills.
