| You know, now that I think about this, doing this could be pretty bad for people. |

It took you that long to come to that conclusion? |

| I just eat my bananas and crackers. Then I jump to the ddr machine the next day. Eating doesn't affect me because I am not obese. |

If you changed the last (or first ) song of set 5, I would do it. PSMO would kill me, but the rest is cake. Set 4 is too easy, although I would probably throw up anyway. I barf from eating McDonald's even if I don't do anything. I haven't eaten fast food for nearly 6 months... |

I'm currently doing a 30-hour fast to raise money for third world country kids. About 12 hours in, I beat my first 9-footer( I'm so proud of myself). I would definately say that eating nothing is the best way to prepare for an intense dance workout. _________________

Are you simply studying the effects of McDonalds? Or comparing the different meals?
If you're examining McDonalds in general, you need to have a control group. Have half the people eat a school lunch and the other half eat McDonalds and compare.
And sure, if you stuff yourself you might get a little sick, but carbohydrates are what fuel us. I'd imagine that the people that take in more sugar/bread will have more stamina. |

I've eaten till I'm stuffed and then hopped right onto the DDR and played for an hour straight. Then again, I do Standard Mode (nothing higher than 6 foot, maybe 1 or 2 seven foot)
I've eaten an all you can eat buffet (3 plates), came right home and DDRed. Today, I had 6 buffalo wings with ranch sauce and I'm playing some DDR. I don't think everyone hurls after having food.
Mccy D's is another story. I'd barf after eating it without even doing anything. |

Food will affect you, but it depends on how intense a song you're playing IMO.
I reguarly eat and hit up a DDR pad < 1hr afterward. I cannot do the really intense songs like MaXX 300 or PSM, among others, but I can usually (if I try hard) pass R&P.
For me, if I don't play an intense song.. I usually just get a bit slow as my body is digesting and not really focused on me moving like a madman allover the pad. (I don't use the bar)
But if I try to do R&P, Bag, Saints go Marching In, Tsugaru.. I start feeling ill..towards getting sick. R&P really kills me after a meal because its long and the footwork I do makes me move so fast that my stomach is churning about while digesting that double western bacon cheeseburger.
I'm sure some of you have felt this, or observed it. If not, then .. ehh, my stomach for de win? _________________

| I find that after eating a bunch of McDonald's food and then going to my house to play my home version can have a few different bad effects on me. If I do a song with a lot of fast footwork (LOM, etc), I find that I get fatigued much more quickly and have pains in my stomach -- not nausea, just a sickly feeling. If I do a song with a lot of air (Drop Out heavy, etc), that's when I become extremely nauseous. It seems that only McDonald's food does this, though. All the other stuff I eat doesn't have much of an effect on me. |
