I've definitely been sore from DDR before. I think the longest I've been sore is 1 day-- not as bad as the "I can't walk" type of sore, though.

I get sores in my hand from ITG. Those last for a week or two. Sometimes, if my shoes are too loose, my feet will hurt a bit for like 10 minutes, because of the friction.
