being a difficulty whore isn't anything to be ashamed about. I just stick to the Max's, Survivors and Bag on 1X and Flat.

No song is played with the bar, it's all about how hardcore a muthaf*cker you can be

I play whatever song I think I would groove to, and if I'm in a good enough mood, I'll even freestyle to it. It just depends on how I feel. Sometimes I'm all, "Ok, I got a B on R&P last night, let's kick it up to an A. Right now. Pressure's on." So I play on Heavy to gain endurance. I would do almost anything to pass Max 300 so I try and play that everytime I go and play.

10 footers are fun... I can pass all of em except for those very evil home-version-only SOBs Max. (period) and Paranoia ~Respect~, but I have more fun playing easier songs because they're more fun than hard songs just because they're hard. Now, I like throwing in a Max or PSM every now and then to challenge myself and yes, show off a bit if there's a decent-sized audience, but I play DDR to entertain myself.

And although I agree in part about the whole difficulty whore thing, it IS possible that people just LIKE to beat the crap otuta themselves nonstop with hard songs like that...

Nah...
