GamesAreFun has posted a press release from Konami detailing the songs that will be initially available for the upcoming X-Box release of DDR Ultramix.

The game contains exclusive licensed tracks from Paul Oakenfold and Ian Van Dahl, as well as a number of new Bemani crossovers and Konami Originals previously unreleased in the US.

Thanks to Wes Smith for heads up.

FYI, Remy and correct me if I'm wrong though we've had disagreements in the past cause we didn't see eye to eye on things. But HYPNØTIC CRISIS - BLUE DESTROYERS IIRC is off 5th Mix. And I'm sure alot of people will know that too, just lettin ya know.

Well, as we have this page right here:

http://www.ddrfreak.com/versions/songlist.php?mix=12

Look down at the bottom, under Konami Original B, Hypnotic Crisis is right there.

Yeah, I meant to italicize it, not boldface it.

My mistake, it's still too early.

I am wondering what happened to the Metal Gear Solid Song we were told about. This list is not too bad, hopefully more will be added. They may be betting on the downloadable songs as the way of selling the game, hopefully they are not too expensive.

I love this list biggrin.gif

I don't know why people don't like it, probably because it's a bunch of old songs. :/

The Songlist for the Xbox version is not bad at all. Hopefully the downloadable songs isn't that expensive either. But yeah I like this list better than the SongList for MAX2(US version).

i'm just curious as to if this version of After the Game of Love will be instrumental or not such as the Konamix version was. Also wasn't Hypnotic Crisis on Koanmix? Maybe I'm getting a little confused between JPN 4th Mix and Konamix.

The list looks ok. I'm not planning on getting an XBox just for this though.

I'm rather curious about the (apparently) rap remixes of INSERTiON and Absolute.

Quickening is a cool song... and I'm a gigantic Thomas Howard fanboy, so I love Ballad For You.

WOW! This mix is going to suck! I'm sure glad that I never wasted my money on a x-box for this game alone, it would be a waste to spend any money on a system for any single game anyways.

Thanks Konami for making my decision for me of what system I should stick with... my trusty **2, lol didn't wanna start a console flaming war here so I stared out the first 2 letters if the name of my current favorite system. laugh.gif

When I think about how bad this game is going to be the last word in a great song comes to mind....you guessed right! BOMB!!! E15.gif
